Invisible Aligners

Invisible aligners or Clear Aligners are a kind of semi transparent tray made of a special transparent material. These invisible aligners are used to straighten crooked teeth, just like orthodontic braces. Using invisible aligners completely eliminates the use of uncomfortable brackets and metal wires inside the mouth, like in the case of metal braces.

Invisible aligners gently move the teeth into the required position by applying a subtle but constant force. Each invisible aligner is unique and is made to order based the patient's requirement. Some of the brands we offer include True Smile, Clear Correct and Invisalign.

Here are a few benefits of using Invisible Aligners:

Porcelain Veneers are made using a strong ceramic material, built to last for decades. The thin shells are custom-built to fit over the front of your teeth. When fitted correctly, Veneers can hide dental imperfections in your teeth.

  • Invisible Aligners are a simple transparent tray. There are no metal wires or brackets which make them comfortable to use
  • Metal braces are fixed to the teeth and require you to take care of them, especially after every meal. Invisible Aligners are removable and can brushed and washed easily
  • Like the name suggests, these aligners are 'invisible', well almost. Since they are made of a transparent material they are not easily noticeable inside the mouth
  • The use of advanced technology such as 3D scans and the absence of wires and brackets means you spend less time on your dentist's chair

Frequently asked questions about your aligners:

  • What is the duration of the treatment?
  • The duration of the treatment will depend on the complexity of the case and will vary between individuals.

  • Are there any food restrictions with invisible aligners?
  • Invisible aligners can be easily removed since they are not fixed to your teeth. So, all you need to do is remove them while you are eating.

  • Do I need to wear my invisible aligners through the whole day?
  • You will need to wear your aligners through the day/night, except when you eat or brush your teeth.

  • How do I care for my aligners and teeth during my treatment?
  • It is very important to maintain good oral hygiene during your treatment. Here are a few simple steps you can follow. Remove your aligner when you eat. You can clean your aligner with a toothbrush and water. You need to brush and floss after every meal and prevent any food from being trapped under your aligner.
